Come create your very own ceramic flowers to make a mini bouquet during this two-week workshop. In the first session, you will learn basic hand-building techniques and create two to three flowers for your bouquet. I will demonstrate how to create petals and how to mould the clay to achieve different types of flowers like roses, tulips, poppies and sunflowers, to name a few. The second session will take place about a week later and will give you time to paint your flowers using a wide variety of colours. Your flowers will be fired and ready for collection shortly after the second session. The workshop includes all materials and firings, you only need to come prepared to get dirty! No experience is required.
Light snacks and refreshments are included.
